If you have a Bambu Lab A1 3D printer and are experiencing screen freeze then try the following. It worked for me.
Ensure both printer firmware and Bambu Studio are at the latest version, which at the time of writing is:
Studio - 2.6.0.51
Firmware - 01.08.00.00
Power off the printer and remove the SD card. Clean the contacts and insert back into the printer.
Power on the printer
On your PC, start Bambu Studio.
Select Device -> Storage -> Model
Select all stored 3mf files.
Delete all - this will take a while.
Power cycle the printer.
Restart Bambu Studio.
No more screen freezes!
